Statement
The purpose of
Poydras Home is
to respect and
preserve the
dignity of the
human spirit
among the
elderly by
continuing the
legacy of care
through quality
supportive
services for the
elderly,
promoting
understanding
for their
particular
needs, and
advocating on
their behalf.
Proceeds
Proceeds from
the Patron Party
and Art Show
directly benefit
Poydras Home and
its mission to
respect and
preserve the
dignity of the
human spirit
among the
elderly by
continuing the
legacy of care
through quality,
supportive
services and by
advocating on
their behalf.
Proceeds this
year are
dedicated to
purchasing new
therapeutic
hydrotherapy
spas which
greatly assist
so many of our
residents,
especially those
suffering with
poor circulation
and crippling
arthritis.
