The PHASE Senior Day Program helps families to keep loved ones in their own homes while also having their daytime hours structured to offer social and personal activities. Participants find PHASE to be both helpful and enjoyable, and the program allows the caregiver flexibility to work or to have time for other responsibilities.

The PHASE Program offers non-residential care and activities Monday through Friday for individuals age 60 or older. Participants receive needed professional medical and personal care assistance and are integrated as appropriate into the daily activities of Poydras Home assisted living and Hunter House Alzheimer’s and memory support programs. Transportation, spa baths and additional meals are available for a small supplemental fee.
