• Can I bring my own furnishings to Poydras Home?

  Yes, all residents are encouraged to personalize their living spaces within Poydras Home’s campus and are invited to bring their own furnishings. In Nursing Care, a twin sized hospital bed is provided as a requirement of our license.

• Is Poydras Home a Skilled Nursing Facility?

• Can I receive physical therapy or occupational therapy at Poydras Home?

  Yes Poydras Home residents can receive physical therapy (PT) and/or occupational therapy (OT) on our campus for up to three days a week.
